(1) Tassels Garland  DIY Kit (15 Tassels)

• Simple assembly required for Tassels Garland DIY Kit
• Each tassel is approximately 35cm tall
• DIYkit includes:
• 3 packs of Art & Craft Pre-Cut Tissue Paper (each pack contains 5 tassels of the same color)
• 1.5 meter Jute Twine (White), there will be 3 colors given (Matching color with your color selection of balloon)

(2) 2 Clusters of Star Foil & Metallic Latex Balloons Cluster

• One cluster consist of 2pcs Helium Gas Filled Star Foil Balloons (18inch) & 9pcs Metallic Round Latex Balloons Bouquet (12inch)
• Each Bouquet is attached to a balloon weight, choose up to two colors for Star Foil Balloons and up to three colors for Metallic Latex Balloons per bouquet
• Total height for each bouquet is approximately 1.8 meter (ground to top)
• Floating time in air:
