Self Collection

 

You can Self-Collect your order at our office located at Oxley Bizhub 2, 62 Ubi Road 1, #08-23, Singapore 408734.

  • TRAIN: 15 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT or MacPherson MRT 

  • BUS: 158, 43E, 65, 8, 80, 58, 58A, 58B, 22, 24, 28, 43

  • CAR: Park at Lobby or the car park for visitor at Level 2 and Level 3

There is no minimum order for Self Collection. We are available for delivery every day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

No document verification needed. You may appoint someone (e.g., driver, friend, helper) to collect your order on your behalf. Just quote your 5 digit Order Number (#12772) upon collection.

Please check the condition/quantity of all the items/balloons upon receiving them to ensure there is no discrepancy. You may re-collect the items at our office should any exchange be required as we will not be responsible for delivering the items to you should there be any discrepancy.

Upon checking and confirming your order is correct, we will pack it into bags for protection and easier transportation.

Please handle the balloons with care, as no exchange or refund is allowed once items are handed over in good condition.

 

Self Collection FAQ 

 

1. Do you offer a specific time slot for Self Collection? 

We offer Self Collection in the following time slots:

9.30AM - 10.00AM, 10.00AM - 10.30AM, 10.30AM - 11.00AM, 11.00AM - 11.30AM, 11.30AM - 12PM, 12PM - 12.30PM, 12.30PM - 1.00PM, 1.00PM - 1.30PM, 1.30PM - 2.00PM, 2.00PM - 2.30PM, 2.30PM - 3.00PM, 3.00PM - 3.30PM, 3.30PM - 4.00PM, 4.00PM - 4.30PM, 4.30PM - 5.00PM

You may select your preferred Date/Time for Self-Collection (from 9.30am to 5pm) at Check-Out under Shipping Method. Please note that the Date/Time Slot is on a first come first serve basis. 

 

2. Can I walk in and order/purchase?

Yes you can get your Balloon Orders done on the Spot. Drop by during our operation hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to  Saturday & Public Holidays), 8.30am to 5pm (Sunday). 

Please keep in mind there might be a short wait during peak times especially on Saturday. Some personalized balloons and balloon creations also need more time to process.

 

3. Do you accept same day orders for Self-Collection?

Yes we accept same day Self-Collection, including Public Holidays. You may place your order directly now on our website and select your preferred Date/Time slot for Delivery/Self-Collection today. 

On our website www.givefun.com.sg top right corner, you may also click on *Check Availability* to view the available time slot for Delivery,Self-Collection and Express Delivery.

 

4. Can I self-collect my order earlier than 9.30am?

Our first slot for Self Collection is 9.30am to 10am and the last slot for Self Collection is 4.30pm to 5pm. 

We can make an exception for you for the Self Collection time slot 9am to 9.30am. At Check-Out under Order Comments you may leave a remark for us your order is for Delivery Date between 9am to 9.30am. Thanks!

 

5. Can I self-collect my order after 5.30pm?

Our office closes at 5:30 PM. We can leave your items at the door for your collection. Please note that there will be nobody to support you should you have any issues, as we will only return to the office the following day at 8:30 AM.

6. Can I change my Self Collection Date/Time after placing an order? 

Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your Self Collection date/time. If you notify us less than 48 hours before your scheduled Self Collection and our team has already prepared your balloons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate changes to the Self Collection date/time. 

 

7. Can I arrange Grab/Lalamove to pick up my order? 

Yes, you may do so. Please advise your driver to provide your 5 digit order number so we can pass your order to them. Please note that should there be any discrepancy, you will need to re-collect the items at our office, as we will not be responsible for delivering the items to you in case of discrepancies.
