1. Give Fun aims to provide efficient delivery, please note that actual delivery time will vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather conditions and road traffic.
2. Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons/parcels at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable at $29 and subject to availability.
3. It’s advisable to schedule for Delivery/Self-Collection 1 to 2 hours prior to your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:

All Normal Air-Filled Balloons can stay inflated for a few days*
*subject to weather conditions/temperature and how the balloons are being handled and transported. The balloons will gradually become softer/smaller over time which are fairly common.
4. Please check the condition/quantity of all the items/balloons upon receiving them to ensure there is no discrepancy. You may re-collect the items at our office should any exchange be required as we will not be responsible for delivering the items to you should there be any discrepancy.
5. Please inspect the balloons immediately to ensure they are received in perfect condition upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact our office (+65 69092327) promptly. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for issues reported more than 2 hours after delivery.
6. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your Delivery/Self Collection date/time. If you notify us less than 48 hours before your scheduled Delivery/Self Collection and our team has already prepared your balloons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate changes to the Self Collection date/time.
Exchange/Refund Policy
Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon Delivery/Self-Collection.
All items are carefully inspected before mailing out. Give Fun only accepts refunds due to manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly mail the item back to us to proceed with refund. Please email our Customer Service Team to assist you.
Give Fun only accepts exchange due to incorrect items sent within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Give Fun only provides store credit refund (no expiry date) for order's cancellation due to any reasons.

Warning
Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all times, it can be a health hazard.
