FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Does Give Fun have a physical store in Singapore?

Give Fun is currently fully Online-Based, as such we do not have physical store at the moment, all our products are readily available at www.givefun.com.sg 

2. I need the items urgently,can I self-collect my items at your office?

We strongly encourage our customers to opt for NinjaVan Express Courirer for urgent delivery as NinjaVan is our trusted partner providing express 1-2 days delivery services.
If customers insists on self-collecting the items, Give Fun is able to do so but location is strictly available at Oxley Bizhub 2, #08-23, Singapore 408734 (10 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT). Please select "Self Collection" and select Date & Time of Collection during "Check Out". Orders need to be made online at www.givefun.com.sg prior to Self Collection.
Self-Collection is available from Mon-Sat (9am to 5pm, subject to availability). Once an order is placed and payment is made, our team will contact you via SMS/Whatsapp within 24 hours for meet up arrangement. There is no extra charge for Self-Collection.
3. I am a Singapore buyer. If I place my order today, when can I expect to receive my items?

Give Fun ships customers' order everyday:

For Parcels (does not include Helium Balloons): Should you opt for NinjaVan Standard Courier ($3.90), items will be delivered within 3-4 business days upon dispatched; should you opt for NinjaVan Express Courier ($7.90) upon dispatched, items will be delivered to you within the next 1-2 days.
For Helium Balloons Delivery: Give Fun delivery team will do the delivery (including Helium Balloons and/or other items which you've purchased) at your preferred date, time and location. Kindly expect a 30 minutes time allowance for delivery.
4. Does Give Fun provide balloon-pumping (Helium Gas) services?
Yes Give Fun provides Helium Gas Pumping service only for the balloon purchased from Give Fun. Please contact our team at support@givefun.com.sg 
5. Does Give Fun provide Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore?
Yes Give Fun provides Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore at a Flat Rate of $35 by our in-house delivery team. We deliver everyday Mon-Sun (includes Public Holidays) from Morning 8.30am to 9pm unless otherwise stated.
6. Does Give Fun supply Helium Gas tank rental service?
Give Fun do not provide Helium Gas tank rental service at the moment.
7. I have made an order from your website, when can I expect to receive my parcels?
Thank you for your order. For customers who opt for Standard Courier or Express Courier, you may track your order status via Ninja Van's website here
