For Discounted Helium Balloons Delivery $29 (Usual Rate: $35)
1. Give Fun aims to provide efficient delivery, please note that actual delivery time will vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather condition and road traffic.
2. Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons/parcels at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable at $29 and subject to availability.
3. It’s advisable to schedule for delivery 1 to 2 hours prior your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:
- 11inch - 12inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 6 to 8 hours*;
- 18inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 12 hours;
- 30inch / 36inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 16 hours*
- 18inch - 40inch Foil Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 24 hours or more*;
- 24inch Crystal/Ultra Clear Bubble Balloons can float in the air for approximately 4 days*;
- All Normal Air-Filled Balloons can stay inflated for a few days*;
*subject to weather condition/temperature and how the balloons are being handled and transported. The balloons will gradually become softer/smaller over time which are fairly common.
4. Last minute amendment (at least 2 days before delivery) of delivery date/time/location is chargeable at $5 and subject to availability.
5. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.
For Self-Collection
1. Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon Self-Collection. You may RE-COLLECT the items at our office should there by any discrepancy/exchange required.
2. Please quote your order number (e.g #1111) during Self-Collection.

Exchange/Refund Policy
All items are carefully inspected before mailing out. Give Fun only accept refund due to manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of delivery. Kindly mail the item back to us to proceed with refund. Please email our Customer Service Team to assist you.
Give Fun only accept exchange due to incorrect item sent within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Give Fun only provide store credit refund (no expiry date) for order's cancellation due to any reasons.

Warning
Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Doo not inhale helium gas at all time, it can be a health hazard.
