Delivery Fee

Our door-to-door islandwide delivery fee for all helium-inflated balloons and decorative balloons is currently $29 per trip (discounted price) island-wide, including hotels, Sentosa, Tuas, hospital wards, etc. 

Give Fun offers same-day delivery with no extra charge! Place your order before 3pm for same-day delivery to your location. (If you're placing an order after 3pm for same-day delivery, kindly WhatsApp us at 6950 1508 for assistance, or Tap here: Whatsapp Us!)

There is no minimum order for delivery.

We are available for delivery every day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

If your order exceeds the capacity of one van trip, there will be an additional delivery fee of $29.

We use either a car or van for delivering your order, depending on the total number of balloons. Most orders will be handled by our in-house driver. However, if our in-house driver is fully booked, we may use third-party delivery services like Lalamove to ensure your order reaches you on time.

All balloons will be packed into plastic bags for protection and easier transportation. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the balloons immediately to ensure they are received in perfect condition. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact our office promptly. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for issues reported more than 2 hours after delivery.

All our personalized balloons and party balloon creations are styled and assembled nicely. Upon receiving them, you just need to unpack them from the bag, make some easy adjustments (e.g., loosening the strings from balloon clusters or straightening foil balloons), and place them wherever you like. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to us immediately; we are here to assist you!

Except for individual 12" helium-inflated latex balloons, which you may arrange according to your preferred style (e.g., tying them individually to chairs or letting them float to the ceiling), please note that we do not provide on-site styling services; you will need to do your own arrangements. We recommend handling the balloons in an indoor setting for easier management, as the balloon strings tend to tangle in strong wind.

Each order number is assigned to one delivery address within a specific date and time slot. If deliveries are required to different venues, dates, or time slots under a single order number, they are treated as separate deliveries with individual orders.

1. Do you offer a specific time slot for Helium Balloons Delivery?

We offer delivery in the following time slots, all in 1-hour window:

9.00AM - 10.00AM, 10.00AM - 11.00AM, 11.00AM - 12.00PM, 12.00PM - 1.00PM, 1.00PM - 2:00 PM, 2PM - 3.00PM, 3.00PM - 4.00PM, 4:00PM - 5PM (our last delivery slot).

Customers can select their preferred slot during checkout.

Our delivery slots are fixed 1-hour windows (e.g., 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM). Give Fun aims for efficient delivery within your chosen slot; however, please allow for a 30-minute buffer before or after this window to account for unpredictable traffic or weather conditions beyond our control.

 

2. How much is your Helium Balloons Delivery Fee?

Our delivery fee is currently $29 (discounted price) island wide, (including Hotels, Sentosa etc)

You may select your preferred Date/Time for Helium Balloons Delivery (from 9.00am to 5.00pm, in any available 1 hour window) at Check-Out under Shipping Method. 

Please note that the Date/Time Slot is on a first comes first serve basis.

3. Can delivery arrive earlier or later than the selected time slot?

Yes. Our delivery slots are fixed 1-hour windows (e.g., 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM). While we make every effort to deliver within your selected time slot, please allow for a 30-minute buffer (earlier or later) due to

  • Weather disruptions

  • Unexpected road traffic conditions

4. Can you deliver earlier than 9.00am?

Our first slot for Helium Balloons Delivery is 9.00am to 10:00am and the last slot for Helium Balloons Delivery is 4:00PM to 5:00 PM. 

Yes, we can arrange Early/Odd Hour Delivery, subject to confirmation.

Available early time slots:

  • 7:00am – 8:00am

  • 8:00am – 9:00am

Early delivery surcharge:

25% of the order total OR +$35, whichever is higher
(This is on top of the delivery fee already paid.)

What the customer should do:

  1. Place the order online as usual

  2. Under Order Comments, include:

    • requested early slot (6–7 / 7–8 / 8–9)

    • delivery address

    • any additional instructions

  3. Our team will follow up to confirm availability and arrange the additional payment.

Example:

  • If your total order (excluding delivery charge) is $100, the odd hour fee will be $35 (since 25% of $100 is $25, which is less than $35).

  • If your total order (excluding delivery charge) is $200, the odd hour fee will be $50 (since 25% of $200 is $50, which is higher than $35).

5. Can you deliver later than your last slot 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM?

Yes, we can arrange Late Delivery, subject to confirmation.

Available late time slots:

  • 5:00pm – 6:00pm

  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm

  • 7:00pm – 8:00pm

  • 8:00pm – 9:00pm (latest)

Important note (customer must agree before proceeding):

Our support team is off duty after 5:00pm, so if anything happens after delivery such as:

  • balloon colour mismatch

  • product damage

  • urgent replacement needed

  • we will only be able to assist and follow up on the next working day.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend selecting a slot before 5:00pm whenever possible.

What the customer should do (if they still want late delivery):

  1. Confirm they agree to the above terms

  2. Place the order online

  3. Under Order Comments, include:

    • requested late slot (5PM – 6PM / 6PM –7PM / 7PM –8PM / 8PM - 9PM)

    • delivery address

    • any additional instructions

  4. Our team will follow up to confirm availability.

6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? 

Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your delivery address. If your order is scheduled within 48 hours, please call us (+6569501508) immediately during office hours for assistance, subject to availability.

7. Can I change my Delivery Date/Time after placing an order? 

Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your delivery date/time. If you notify us less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery and our team has already prepared your balloons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate changes to the delivery date/time.

 

8. Do I have to pay extra for delivery if I order a large quantity? 

Give Fun will notify you if the total number of balloons exceeds the capacity of one van trip (equivalent to 150 pieces of 12” latex balloons), which may require an additional delivery fee. If your order necessitates two trips, an additional delivery fee of $29 will apply.

 

9. Do you deliver to units or inside malls/hotels/restaurants?

Yes, we provide door-to-door delivery for our helium balloon deliveries. However, in some hotels where direct access to rooms is restricted, we can only deliver to the reception area.

 

10. How can I track my delivery? 

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation Email and WhatsApp message. On the day of delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp notification when your balloons are out for delivery.

 

Our Express delivery fee for all Gift balloons & party supplies (Non-Helium Inflated Balloons) is currently $15 per trip island-wide, including hotels, Sentosa, Tuas, hospital wards, and other locations.

There is no minimum order for delivery.

We are available for delivery every day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.

Your order will be delivered between 10am and 4pm; no other specific time slots are available.

If your order exceeds the capacity of one car trip, there will be an additional delivery fee of $15.

We use either a bike or car for delivering your order, depending on the total number of items. Most orders will be handled by our in-house driver. However, if our in-house driver is fully booked, we may use third-party delivery services like Lalamove to ensure your order reaches you on time.

Our Standard Courier delivery fee for all parcels (Non-Inflated Balloons or Flat Packaging Party Supplies) is flat rate at $3.90.

Your order will be delivered by NinjaVan in the next 3-5 business days upon dispatch. Please note that your order will be dispatched by Give Fun to our shipping provider within 48 hours. Tracking number of your parcel will be advised via email once your parcel has been shipped. 

If you would like to receive your item urgently or on a particular day, please opt for our Express Delivery.
