1Q. Do you accept same day orders for Delivery or Self-Collection?

A: Yes we accept same day orders for Delivery/Self-Collection, including Public Holidays. You may place your order directly now on our website and select your preferred Date/Time slot for Delivery/Self-Collection today. 

On our website home page www.givefun.com.sg top right corner, you may also click on *Check Availability* to view the available time slot for Delivery,Self-Collection and Express Delivery.

 

2Q. Can I Self-Collect my order?

A: Yes, you can Self-Collect your order at our office located at Oxley Bizhub 2, 62 Ubi Road 1, #08-23, Singapore 408734. (15 mins walk from Tai Seng/MacPherson MRT) 

You may select your preferred Date/Time for Self-Collection (from 9.30am to 5pm) at Check-Out under Shipping Method. Please note that the Date/Time Slot is on a first come first serve basis.

 

3Q. Do you have a minimum order?

A: No, there is no minimum order for Delivery/Self-Collection.

 

4Q. Can I walk in and order/purchase?

A: Yes you can get your balloon orders done on the spot at our office. Drop by during our operation hours - 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Saturday & Public Holidays), 8.30am to 5pm (Sunday). Please keep in mind there might be a short wait during peak times especially on Saturday.

 

5Q. Are you able to deliver my order on Sunday or Public Holidays?

A: We are open everyday including Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays.  

Monday to Saturday and Public Holidays: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Sunday: 8.30am - 5pm

  

6Q . How many days in advance do I need to place my order?

A: We strongly recommend placing an order once confirmed or at least 3 working days before your event so that you can secure a time slot for Delivery/Self-Collection that suits you best as the availability of our time slot is on a first come first serve basis.

 

7Q. Can I add a gift card message to my order?

A: Absolutely! Complimentary gift cards are available for all customers with any purchase, limited to one gift card per balloon. You may indicate your Gift Card Message under Order Comments (after Shipping Method) at Check-Out.

 

8Q. Can I cancel my order (partly or completely) ?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order either partly or completely. We can provide a Store Credit Refund based on our company policy. This store credit will not expire and can be used anytime for future orders on our website.

If you are unable to hold the party on the date you chose, we can put your order on hold until you are ready. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your selected Date/Time for Delivery/Self-Collection.

Please note that if your order has already been completed by our team and you only inform us less than 48 hours before your selected Date/Time for Delivery/Self-Collection, we are unable to issue a refund.

 

9Q. Can I place an order over the phone, via DMs, or Email?

A: We are fully online-based and accept orders placed directly on our website. Please place your order through our website. Feel free to reach out if you have any difficulties.

1Q. Do you support an e-invoice/Vendors@gov payment term? 

A: Yes, we do support Vendors@gov 30Days E-invoice Credit Payment Term for Ministries and Statutory Boards. You can opt for E-invoice Payment under Payment Methods at Check-Out. 

 

2Q. What payment options do you offer?

A: We accept PayNow, Credit/Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GrabPay, PayPal and Vendors@Gov.

 

3Q: Do you offer credit term payment options?

A: We require full payment for order confirmation. For corporate bulk orders that require credit terms, please reach out to us for exceptional handling. We will review your request and provide the necessary assistance to accommodate your needs.
