Your Responsibilities:
- Balloons Fulfilment (i.e inflating balloons, styling balloons, packing balloons into carriers, preparing balloon weights and other balloons preparation tasks). A big part of the job will be handling and styling balloons.
- E-commerce Backend Order Fulfilment (i.e order processing, invoicing, printing of shipping labels, parcels packing and etc)
- Social Media Engagement & Content Creation (i.e execute & host IG/FB LIVE, curate contents on various Social Media platforms such as TikTok, FB, IG and more)
- Stocks/Inventory Arrangement (Unpack, Sort, Repack, Record, Stock-Taking and etc). To maintain and ensure stocks are properly replenished. Warehouse Office Housekeeping
- Supporting Delivery and Design Team to ensure orders are fulfilled on-time and in order
- Supporting Administrative Duties
Who we're looking for to join our family:
- Self-Starter who's keen to learn, enjoy working in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment, and love and passionate in Balloons & Party Industry
- 5 day work week (needs to work on Saturdays & Sundays. Off day on Mon & Tues OR Tues & Wed)
- Able to commence work in short notice and comfortable working under fast pace setting.
- Opportunity to be involved in company's Digital/Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads and etc) campaigns
