Behind the Scenes: Bringing NUHS’s Annual Celebration to Life (3rd Year Running!)

For the third year in a row, we’ve had the honor of bringing NUHS’s annual event to life – and what a journey it’s been! From early planning to the final setup, our team poured heart and precision into every step.

How We Made It Happen

• Custom Mock-Ups & Designs – Detailed previews, custom barcodes on latex balloons, and event-branded foil balloons were prepared and approved before production.

• Careful Preparation & Packing – With 70 balloon clusters, we ensured stock, grouped and packed everything meticulously, and had all custom artwork ready.

• Early-Morning Setup – Our balloon artists started before sunrise to inflate, style, and quality-check every piece, ensuring everything was perfect by 7am.

• Smooth Delivery – Each cluster was protected, loaded, and transported with care to guarantee a flawless arrival.
