- Select your preferred Self-Collection Date & Time!
- Collection Address: Oxley Bizhub 2, 62 Ubi Road 1, #08-23 Singapore 408734. (opposite Oxley Bizhub AND Audi/Premium Automobile Showroom)
- Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT (Circle Line, about 10 mins walk)
2. Place your order at www.givefun.com.sg
- Order must be placed (with payment done) at least 2 DAYS in advance
- All balloons and parcels in the same order can be collected together (*except for items which require Personalisation such as Cake Toppers, Personalised Balloons and etc which additional lead time is required)
- Give Fun reserves the rights to propose a different self-collection time-slot and you shall be notified via phone call should Give Fun is unable to commit on the selected time-slot
3. Check Out & Make Payment
- Cash On Delivery (COD) & Credit Term Payment are strictly NOT accepted!
- Support PayNow/Bank Fund Transfer
- Support Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/Master)
- Support PayPal
- Support E-Invoice (Strictly for Ministries & Statutory Board ONLY who support E-Invoice)
4. Receive a Confirmation Email & SMS from Give Fun team (via orders@givefun.com.sg)
- Congrats! Your Self-Collection is confirmed
5. Quote your Order Number during Self Collection
- No document verification needed, you may also appoint someone to collect on your behalf, just quote your Order Number (i.e #12772) upon collection
- Please check the condition of all the items/balloons upon receiving them to ensure no discrepancy. You may RE-COLLECT the items at our office should there by any exchange required.
- No exchange/refund is allowed once items are handed over in good condition
