1. Does Give Fun have a physical store in Singapore? Do you accept Walk-Ins?
A: Give Fun is currently fully Online-Based in Singapore, as such we do not have physical showroom at the moment, all our products are readily available at www.givefun.com.sg Hence, we do not accept Walk-Ins.
2. Can I change the color of the balloon string?
Most of the time we will use WHITE color balloon string as a standard. Should you need your balloon string in other color, you may indicate your request at Check Out under Order's comments at Step 5 Order's Confirmation.
3. Can you add a gift card message for my order?
Certainly! You may leave your request and gift message at Check Out under Order's comments at Step 5 Order's Confirmation.
4. Can I mix and match the balloons that I like and have them tied into a bouquet?
Yes, please leave your request at Check Out under Order's comments at Step 5 Order's Confirmation. We will contact you should there is any surcharge applicable.
5 I need the items urgently, can I self-collect my items at your warehouse office?
Yes, you may place an order at www.givefun.com.sg and opt for Self-Collection at Check Out. Our warehouse office is located at Oxley Bizhub 2, #08-23, Singapore 408734.
All orders placed online will be ready for self-collection on the same day. (*except for items which require Personalisation such as Cake Toppers, Personalised Balloons, Personalised Photobooth Frame and etc which additional lead time is required)

6. How many days in advanced I need to place my order for my event/party?
We strongly encourage you to place your order at least 3 working days in advance to reserve your time slot for Delivery/Self-Collection. If you require Same Day or Next Day delivery, please call us at +65 69092327 to check availability.
7. Can I make an order through Phone or WhatsApp or Email?
Sorry, we do not accept orders via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, you may place your order online at www.givefun.com.sg
8. I am a Singapore buyer. If I place my order today, when can I expect to receive my items?
For Parcels (does not include Helium Balloons): Should you opt for Standard Courier ($3.90), items will be delivered within 3-4 business days upon dispatched; should you opt for Express Delivery ($15), items will be delivered to you between 10am - 4pm on your selected date.
For Helium Balloons Delivery ($35): Give Fun delivery team will do the delivery (including Helium Balloons and/or other items which you've purchased) at your preferred date, time and location.
9. I have made an order from your website, is my order confirm?
Thank you for your order, we will be processing your order within the next 48 hours. You shall be receiving a Confirmation Email from us and your order is confirm. Kindly ensure your email address provided in your order is correct, please check your email within the next 48 hours upon ordering.
10. I have my own balloons, does Give Fun provide balloon-pumping (Helium Gas) services?
Yes, we do. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your balloons details (balloon type, quantity and size) for rates.
11. Does Give Fun provide Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore?
Yes Give Fun provides Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore at $35. We deliver everyday Mon-Sun and Public Holidays) from Morning 8.30am to 5pm unless otherwise stated.

12. Does Give Fun supply Helium Gas tank rental service?
Sorry, Give Fun does not provide Helium Gas tank rental service at the moment.
13. Does Give Fun provide On-Site Styling service?
Give Fun doesn't provide On-Site styling and decorating service. All our products are readily available for purchase at www.givefun.com.sg
14. Does Give Fun support E-Invoice Payment?
Yes, Give Fun supports 30 Days Credit Term Payment strictly for Ministries and Statutory Boards Only. You may place your order as usual online and opt for "E-Invoice Payment" at Check-Out under Payment Method.
