• Material: Stretchy PVC (outer layer) and Durable Latex (inner layer round balloons). Transparency of the 24" Clear Deco Bubble (outer layer): 100%
• This balloon is filled with 5" Mini Standard Chalk Matte Color Round Latex Balloons (8pcs) of your choice and dressed with 1pc tassel tail in White Sand (measures 35cm in height) 
• Inflated with Helium Gas
