  • Flat Packaging Balloons:
    • Standard Courier: $3.90 (3-4 business days after items are ready).
    • Express Courier: $15 (delivered between 10AM and 4PM on your selected date).
  • Helium or Air-Filled Balloons:
    • Balloons Delivery Service: $29 per van (fits up to 150 balloons). Additional trips will incur extra charges for larger orders.

Please note that Give Fun reserves the right to cancel and fully refund your order if the delivery date is less than 12 days from the confirmation of the artwork preview, as we may not be able to complete the balloon printing in time.

You have the flexibility to choose how you'd like your balloon prepared to suit your specific needs: 

(1) Helium Gas Filled & tied with Balloon String

• Floating time in air: Approximately 8 Hours, depending on weather condition/temperature and how balloons are being handled and transported

Last but not least please read our Special Notes: 

1. The helium latex balloons have a floating time of approximately 8 hours. To ensure optimal float duration, it is recommended to have them delivered or collected just 2 hours before your event starts.
2. We exclusively use high-quality, branded latex balloons from Columbia. While we take every precaution to ensure their durability, please be advised that in the rare event of a balloon bursting under any circumstances after delivery or collection, we will not be held responsible for it.
3. Latex balloons will oxidize over time, causing the balloon color to fade or appear powdery, which is a fairly normal occurrence.
4. Please note that the colors of all latex balloons may appear differently in real life compared to what is seen on a screen or in a photo. This variation is due to screen restrictions and should be taken into consideration when making your selection.
